Ticket Manager allows you to connect your Linear account with Crisp. You can create and link tickets all from your Crisp inbox. If your development or product teams are using Linear, this is a no brainer. It will simplify your workflows and allow you to track all incoming work easily. Your support team members won’t need a Linear account any longer. They can create, view and link tickets all from within the Crisp inbox.

Linking your Linear account to Crisp

When you first install the Crisp plugin, you will land on the settings page. From here, you can connect your Linear account.

• Click the “Connect your Linear account” button to start the authentication process
• You will be taken to Linear’s Authentication flow. Review the request and click “Authorize Crisp”
• Finally, you will land on the success screen. You can close the window and head back to Crisp

Create a new ticket

• Click the “Create new ticket” button
• Enter your ticket information and click “Create issue”
• Your ticket will be created and show up within the “Tickets” list

Link an existing ticket

• Click the “Find ticket” button
• Search for your ticket
• Click “Link” on the ticket that you want to link to your conversation
• Your ticket will show up within the “Tickets” list and your conversation will be linked to the Linear ticket
